SmartSys offers a wide range of good quality Biometric Time and Attendance and Access Control solutions; incorporating the state-of-the-art biometric recognition algorithm and RFID Card technology. The complete solution comes with a powerful Windows-based time management software for effective managing single or multiple time clock devices connected via RS232 or TCP/IP networking or USB interconnect for on-line attendance data retrieval or information update into FingerTec® Time Clock devices. USB Thumbdrive is also supported by hardware and software for data transfer for any deployment that do not have network infrastructure. Tapping on wireless communication and packet oriented mobile data service for internet access, some FingerTec time clock models can be upgraded to support Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) and General packet radio service (GPRS) communication option. In addition, customers have choices of using optical and capacitive fingerprint sensors when using FingerTec® Access Control and Time Attendance models that support two types of fingerprint sensor technology. FingerTec® models which have build-in EM contactless card readers can be ordered with replacement by either HID or Mifare reader. The FingerTec® Time Clock Management Software (TCMS v2) is a full-fledged time and attendance management system that is capable downloading attendance data from all FingerTec devices in just one click or simply making it as a software task schedule. In addition, it design with rich functionalities is able to manage all models of FingerTec readers in one common function module, such as updating device common and specifc information, fingerprint templates, face ID, RFID Card ID, user photos, wall papers, flash pictures, user and reader messages, time-zone setting and, access control verification method. New functions are incoporated in the latest software release as and when new enhanced features are available. FingerTec® TCMS v2 provides flexible work schedule configuration methods that can support general office working schedule, single or multi-shift for factory, workshop or project-based offices, and flxeible work schedule for temporary staff. There are more than fifteen comprehensive reports and customizable data layout exporting facility. These reporting and exporting features are sufficiently meeting most of businesses reporting needs as well as manual payroll calculation or third-party payroll interface requirements. For users with SQL knowledge, the report wizard option is an useful function to allow users to export the required data directly from the TCMS v2 database into ODBC-compliant database tables or printing as hardcopy report. FingerTec® Biobridge provides exposed Application development Intreface (API) for third-party developers to build applications to manage and communicate with FingerTec® devices via TCP/IP or RS232/RS485 networking. A demo program with sample codes demonstrating the use of Windows DLL and Active-X components is provided for learning the FingerTec device programming skills. FingerTec® Ofis Client & Server Software development Kits (SDK) packs are another useful software tool for implementing fingerprint security module into any applications without coding low-level and tedious fingerprint enrollment and verification routine.
