Kadex, a door access control RFID card reader with time and attendance feature. The reader supports access methods using Card-only, User ID/Password pair, or more higher security method by verifying Card plus Password before unlocking the door. Kadex reader works with security alarm system to alert users in cases of break in and when duress function in Kadex reader is used. The terminal can integrate with fire alarm system to unlock all doors when fire alarm is triggered. Kadex is a standalone reader, which have it's internal flash memory to store user and card details for verification. Kadex communicates with PC computer via industry standard TCP/IP networking protocol. In the absence of network communication link, Kadex-U RFID Card Reader equips with an optional USB interface which allows data transfer using USB flash disk. User registration is performed at the Kadex reader. Kadex complies with International Standard of CE, UL, FCC & MIC. The testament of product safety and quality. i-Kadex is a low-cost reader designed to pair-up with either Kadex and m-Kadex master reader to provide a powerful antipassback access control feature.    The standard Kadex Access Control Device is equipped with a RFID Card Reader. Kadex with MIFARE or HID card readers are supported as well and are available for order. Implementation of Kadex antipassback access control feature requires secondary Kadex Reader or Kadex slave reader (iKadex).
